Quick & Cute Handmade Get Well Soon Card
Call me an optimist if you will, but it seems like a self fulfilling prophecy to have pre-made “Get Well Soon” cards on hand. Knock on wood that the need for these types of cards doesn’t occur often (yes I’m superstitious like that) but if you find yourself needing a handmade “Get Well Soon” card, I have the cutest little card for you.
I always have blank pre-folded cards with envelopes on hand and I suggest you do the same because with just a few simple additions you can have a cute handmade card for just about every occasion. Ohh and because everything is better with googly eyes I suggest you have a bunch of those on hand too. I kicked this card up a notch by using a tiny dab of Elmers Glue to adhere the eyes and tape runner to adhere the Band-Aid to the card (with backing still on). Why? So the recipient could wear the googly eyed Band Aid of course!

Clearly you can tell that I like to make funny get well soon cards. Probably because I hope that it will put a smile on the recipients face. If you are looking around for some “Get Well Soon” quotes or messages don’t forget that simplicity and googly eyes can turn a frown upside down! Also, you must name anything you personify with googly eyes. I call this guy Bubba the Band-Aid.
