I’m quite surprised that Andrea has made a bazillion of these mini top hats but hasn’t ever crafted a green one for St. Patty’s Day. Maybe she is mini top hatted out? Either way, I took this as my queue to whip up a little St. Patrick’s Day Leprechaun Mini Top Hat for the Gracie girl (yes we’re those type of pet owners).
Guess what? I’m actually less embarrassed about the fact that I dress up my dog than I am to admit that I had never actually used Andrea’s ever popular mini top hat template! Luckily I found it quite easy to understand– As in Andrea didn’t have to hover over me while I created it….
The hardest part about this craft was photographing a black dog in direct sunlight! If you want to create a little leprechaun hat for yourself, kids, dogs ect. I suggest you start by downloading the template from scribd and then wander over to Andrea’s mini-top hat blog post from New Years. It has nice instructions as well as a better picture of Gracie in a pink mini top hat!
