She Flocked Some Easter Chicks
So I did a little flocking this weekend and luckily for you I got all of the inappropriate flocking jokes out of the way before I sat down to write this blog post…. However, I do have a pun about how I scored a sweet Recollections flocking powder set at Michaels for super CHEEP!

Aren’t these little chicks a great addition to your Easter decor? My favorite part about using flocking powder is that it adds a nice vintage look to all of your craft projects. Here’s what you need if you want to make some flocked chicks of your own.

It’s hard to see in that photo but those are tiny brown brads I used for the eyes.

The only trick is to squish the foam balls a little so your chicks don’t roll all over the place. Add wings by swirling on a dollop of hot glue to each side and don’t get cheep with the flocking powder! Sorry, couldn’t help myself.
