Double Ikea Hack Franken-Lamp

We had two lamps in our house that I wasn’t totally happy with — One was the Ikea skewer lampshade hack that I crafted last year and the other was an original beige 70′s style hanging lamp that came with our house. Naturally my creative disdain for both eventually compelled me to combine them into one amazeballz “Franken-lamp.” Here’s how I did it.
Isn’t that 70′s era vintage floral fabric beautiful? I can imagine this lamp looking glorious in a modern room for a child or my craft room when it’s finally organized! Until then we’ll leave it in Cliff’s office next to the antique armoire (that we still haven’t done anything with). Hope this Franken-lamp inspires you to make your own Franken-projects!
Craft On.
